Public Housing Family Sites

Watertown Housing Authority has 25 family houses scattered throughout Watertown. 
These houses are owned and maintained by the Housing Authority.  The units have gas furnaces and water heaters, electric stoves, refrigerator, a wall air conditioner in the living room, and a garden shed outside.  You will also find washer/dryer hook ups in the basement.

The tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal.
